Tiffany Castagno has practiced Human Resources for 13 years and believes passionately in cultivating the evolution of Human Resources and transforming the Future of Work. Tiffany is an avid Curator of Culture supporting workplaces with Empathy, Active Listening, and DEIB at the forefront of her Principles. She supports Small to Mid-Sized Businesses to build engaged teams, Cultures, and Employer Brands.
Tiffany knows and appreciates the power of relationships, is a Mentor, and enjoys volunteering her time and resources in the Community. She understands that together is better and that we get nowhere alone.
Tiffany serves on the Board of Directors for a local Non-profit organization that provides skills programming to improve life, school, and career for Youth through soccer.
Tiffany is Co-author of a Children's Book "Can a Zebra Change Its Stripes?", a book that teaches children about difference and inclusion as strengths.
