Carly Duvall

Carly Duvall is a bet-the-company litigator who defends large corporate businesses in high-stakes disputes. She is particularly adept at advising clients facing serious legal jeopardy such as allegations of fraud, embezzlement, and conversion. Carly recognizes the high-stress nature of such matters and partners closely with each client to help them avoid criminal penalties and civil damages so they can stay in operation.

Throughout her cases, Carly manages crisis communications and consistently works toward creative resolution. Carly is mindful that her cases require more than just a legal strategy and response; she works side-by-side with her clients to help them find clarity and calm so their companies can thrive again.

Carly also acts as outside general counsel to a wide range of startup and emerging growth companies. She is passionate about helping entrepreneurs grow into the next stage of their business.  In this role she advises her clients on risk management and long-term strategic legal planning in a cost-effective way.  Carly also advises technology companies on how to operate their business in a regulatory and legal climate built for brick and mortar businesses. Wonder Woman in Business, Charlotte Smith

Charlotte Smith -Life Design Coach copy.jpg

Charlotte Smith,

CEO & Coach Extraordinaire

Charlotte Smith started her career as an employment lawyer in the UK, acting for big named clients like Hilton and Expedia. She quickly rose up the ranks in her firm, and as Head of Employment, she was recognized in a prestigious 30 Under 30 Awards for her contribution to legal innovation and was the youngest at her law firm to be offered partnership.

What should have been the pinnacle of her career, inside she wondered is this it?

She was moving from goal to goal without truly savoring success. She was overloaded and didn't feel like she was living a happy & purposeful life.

A couple of days later her husband came home from work... with an exciting job offer of his own.  An opportunity in Silicon Valley California. Within a few weeks, they relocated. This was 2014.

Charlotte initially became a partner at a Bay Area creative agency, before moving into business coaching & consulting. Charlotte now lives a happy, and purposeful life as a certified Executive Coach and Energy Leadership Master Practitioner who helps lawyers and leaders leave overload and lack of fulfillment behind, to create lives of their dreams. And no – this doesn't mean quitting your job and moving to Bali.  Being a happy and fulfilled lawyer is possible, with the right support and guidance.

Charlotte brings her cross-functional experience to her coaching practice from her 15 years of being a Lawyer, Entrepreneur and Executive Coach.

She has valuable insight in legal, operations, digital marketing and business development, but believes that for individuals and organizations to move from GOOD to GREAT it all starts with a firm foundation of a limitless mindset and attention to well-being.
