Jennifer Thibodaux, JD

Jennifer Marino Thibodaux is the founder of JMT Speaks, LLC. She is a seasoned, professional speaker and writer who draws on 15+ years of experience as an attorney and storyteller. She is obsessed with helping other professionals find and embrace their authentic selves to lead their best personal and professional lives. Jennifer speaks about authenticity, overcoming the imposter syndrome, and the art of effective communication.

Jennifer is also a full-time senior editor at a global legal publisher and was previously a partner at the law firm of Gibbons P.C. in Newark, NJ. During her 11 years in private practice, she focused on class action defense, e-discovery management and counseling, and also conducted internal investigations.

Jennifer graduated Seton Hall University School of Law, magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, and Bucknell University, cum laude. She has served as an Adjunct Professor of Appellate Advocacy at Seton Hall Law.

She is an executive committee member of the Women’s Leadership Committee at Seton Hall Law and a longtime trustee of Partners For Women and Justice, a non-profit dedicated to providing pro bono legal services to domestic violence survivors.

Melissa Dinwiddie

Melissa Dinwiddie is the founder, CEO and lead facilitator of Creative Sandbox Solutions, a Silicon Valley-based consultancy that specializes in working with innovative, people-first companies grappling with boring (or nonexistent!) virtual trainings and events. She designs creative, interactive, playful experiences that attendees rave about because they acquire new skills and behaviors and build connections while having fun. One of her flagship offerings, Communicating for Influence is an active-learning program she initially developed for high-performance research teams at Facebook. 

An acclaimed creativity instigator, Melissa is the author of The Creative Sandbox Way: Your Path to a Full-Color Life, an interactive playbook that countless readers have sworn freed them from creative block virtually overnight. 

Melissa’s front-of-room experience ranges from traveling the country teaching calligraphy, to speaking on stages from Connecticut to California, to performing as a singer for audiences as big as 6,500, and presenting at professional conferences internationally. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, she’s become sought after for her expertise in play-based techniques for leading engaging, interactive virtual meetings. When there isn’t a global pandemic going on, she performs improv with a number of different groups in the San Francisco Bay Area.

A graduate of UC Berkeley with a Bachelors in Social Science, and the University of Birmingham, England, with a Masters in Cultural Studies, Melissa lives with her husband in Silicon Valley and spends her free time making art, playing ukulele, or chasing after her rescue kittens, Vinnie and Jack Jack.

As a nonprofit leader, mentor, and volunteer, Kate Krug has dedicated her career to the advancement of women, specifically women in underserved communities in New York. Kate’s advocacy for women is reflected best in her impact within Nontraditional Employment for Women (NEW). Kate joined the leadership team of NEW in September 2019 and is responsible for creating and executing a communication and fundraising strategy to increase and sustain revenue contributing to an annual budget of $3.8 million.    

Prior to joining NEW, for more than 17 years Kate has raised critically needed funds that have increased career path opportunities for women, aided survivors of domestic violence in finding safety and shelter, empowered veterans with employment opportunities, and assisted those experiencing homelessness. Additionally, Kate sits on the Board of Directors as Treasurer for the New York State Coalition Against Domestic Violence. 

Kate holds a B.A. in Communications from Seton Hall University and an M.S. in Fundraising Management from Columbia University.

Raychel McBride is a 10-year Human Resources professional advocating for diversity using data. She is the CEO of Corporate KIN Diversity Strategies, where she uses essential skills such as empathy, accountability, and long-term strategy to create culture transformation. She prides herself on being a strategist and visionary that lives in the land of what could be, not what is. In 2007, Raychel graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Education and later attended Argosy University Chicago to complete her Master of Science in Human Resource Management. In 2020, Raychel obtained her Senior Certified Professional certification with the Society for Human Resource Management.

In her free time, Raychel is the Podcast Host of Freedom & Champagne - a podcast to celebrate diversity through storytelling. Raychel serves as the co-chair for the Forefront Building Board Diversity task force and is a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. She volunteers on the NPR Illinois Advisory Board, Forefront Advancing Racial Equity Committee, Illinois Women in Leadership Equity Special Interest Group and a number of Land of Lincoln Community Foundation committees. She was named a Springfield Business Journal Forty under 40 in 2019 and is a graduate of the 2020 Leadership Illinois class. She is the wife of Rich McBride Jr., mother to Raya Johnson, and bonus mom to Dominic Mortenson.

Emily Woloschuk is an award-winning marketing and business development professional who helps lawyers build their book of business and deliver outstanding client service.

Driven by the belief that effective communication is key to one’s success, Emily takes pride in providing strategic guidance on business development efforts, marketing and public relations, client feedback programs, and digital marketing.

Most recently Emily was the Director of Marketing & Business Development at a litigation boutique. She worked with the lawyers on business development initiatives that supported the firm’s strategic plan. For her work in helping the firm achieve national recognition as a top-tier trial firm, Emily received a Your Honor Award from the Legal Marketing Association Southeast region (LMASE).

Emily is the 2021 President-Elect of the LMASE Board of Directors.

Her passion for communications can be traced back to the 12th grade, where Emily spent significant time working on a speech honoring the Civil Rights leader Rev. Fred Shuttlesworth at the 1992 opening ceremony of the Birmingham Civil Rights Institute.

Outside of the office, Emily enjoys cooking, gardening, travel, and yoga.
